Blackboard Connect is Chester College’s Emergency Notification System. In the case of an emergency on campus or a school closing due to inclement weather, notices will be sent out using the Blackboard Connect Alert system.

 

By registering your mobile phone, home phone and email address you will receive an alert in the case of an emergency or school closing.

 

Your information has been imported from our Campus Information System, please follow the instructions below to sign in and modify your information if needed.

 

To log into the system, visit:

Students:

 

Sign in using your CCNE Email address.

 

Your ID number is the number located on your Student ID card. (see Deb at the front desk if you don't know what it is)

 

Faculty:

 

Contact Ken Mailloux for your User ID, you’ll be signing in with your User ID and CCNE Email address.

 

 

You have the option to add an alternate email address and up to six telephone numbers. If you would like to receive text alerts, please add your mobile phone number to the SMS Phone field. Standard text messaging rates will apply.

 

Also take the time to select your Main Contact Number. This number will be called by the system in non-emergency situations.

 

When you’re finished, be sure to select Update My Information and follow the on screen instructions.
